Manage Export Profiles

You can now export Remote Analyst and Splunk Profiles using My NonStop. Once you click on Manage Export Profiles button on the top right panel on My NonStop, choose the server you would like to export the Profile for.

Add/Edit Profile

In order to add/edit a Profile, choose a Name for the Profile and choose the Type – Remote Analyst or Splunk.

Remote Analyst Profile

If you choose the type as “Remote Analyst”, you will be asked to fill in the profile details such as Protocol, Network Address where you want the Profile to be exported to, Network Port, Destination User Id, Destination Token, Landing Path, and TCP Process Name. Click on the Save button to add/edit the Profile.

Splunk Profile

If you choose the type as “Splunk”, you will be asked to fill in the profile details such as TCP Process Name, Network Address where you want the Profile to be exported to, Port, Splunk Path, and Authorization Token. Click on the Save button to add/edit the Profile.

Export Metrics

Click on the Export Metrics button for a specific product on the Manage screen. Choose the Profile to be exported and choose the frequency of exporting that profile in the ‘Every’ field. Accepted values here are 5-60 seconds or 5-15 minutes. Click on the Add button to add the Profile. Then click on Start Export button to export the metrics.

Note, that Product needs to be running to Start Export.
