How can I check the status of my Alerts?

Check Status

Go to Admin -> Alerts and click on the Check Status button on the top of the list of Alerts. This displays the status of all the alerts added. The new window with the alert status displays the Alert Name, Status & Current Status of each alert defined.

  • Status: Tells you if the alert is active or inactive at the global level.
  • Current Status: Tells you if the alert is active or inactive at that point in time.

Example: Assume today is Tuesday, you configured the alert to monitor & send out messages on all days except on Mondays and Thursdays for a specific time period during a specific time frame. So, when you click on ‘Check Status’ icon on Tuesday, you would see ‘Status – Active’ and ‘Current Status – Inactive’ and ‘Every Mon, Thu, effective 06/09/2022 until 06/29/2022 from 12:15 to 13:40’. This is because the alert is Active on all days except for the recurrent deactivation schedule that you set up.
