How can I suppress alerts for duplicate EMS messages?

- Head over to Admin -> Alerts.
- Click on either Add or Edit Alert button.
- In the Settings tab, set your Source to EMS.
- Set the Filter File by choosing the Volume, Subvolume, and File and Pass value.
- Once done, the Suppress tab will be triggered. Here, you will choose the Collector, Owner, Subsystem, Event Type/#, String and Case Sensitive Settings and then add it to the Suppression List.
