About Spooler
The Spooler feature allows you to access Spooler Subsystem and jobs. You can find it under the Operation section on the left side of the screen. You may sort the list of spoolers by clicking on the icon above its column heading. Clicking on a Spooler shows its current jobs on the right panel. It also displays the following menu of commands:
- Collector
- Devices
- Jobs
Clicking on any job currently on the spooler opens a new popup menu, and where applicable the options below:
Open
Downloads the job’s content to a browser based read-only editor. There you can view the content and use the search feature.

- Toolbar Options for Job Open: The following icons on the toolbar are used for email & export operations:
- Export to PDF: This opens an instance of PDF and populates with the information table currently being viewed.
- Export to Excel: This opens an instance of Microsoft Excel and populates a spread sheet of a new workbook with the information table currently being viewed.
- Send as Email: This opens a pop-up modal window and allows you to enter the email addresses to which you want to email a job to. You can enter up to 10 recipients in a comma separated format. Email feature will be available only after you configure the SMTP fields in Admin Delivery.
- Toolbar Options for Job Open: The following icons on the toolbar are used for email & export operations:
Delete
Upon your confirmation, deletes the job off the spooler.
Alter
Prompts you with an option to alter the following job properties:

- Copies
- Form
- Hold option
- Hold After option
- Link option
- Location
- Priority
